• CONGRATULATIONS to DBA Studios co-founder Ifa Bayeza
on the tremendous success of her play, The
Ballad of Emmett Till, at the Fountain Theatre in Los Angeles. The run has
officially received its third extension through May 30, 2010.
• CONGRATULATIONS to DBA Studios co-founder Pam Dickler
on the inclusion of her play Promising as part of New York's
Metropolitan Playhouse's "East Village Theatre Festival" (Aug
3-23, 2009), and for her comedic one-acts, Someone
Has to Die Tonight, Indeed He Does and Philbert
Meets a Nut being
included as two of the four plays chosen for Stage Left Theatre's
annual DrekFest at ComedySportz (July 21, 2009).
